Available requests
Depending on your location and the information associated with your use of Baams Away, you may request that we:
- Confirm whether we hold personal information associated with you.
- Provide access to or a copy of that information.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete personal information, subject to applicable exceptions.
- Explain how information is used or shared.
- Restrict or object to certain processing where applicable.
How to submit a request
Email zach@beardedeye.com with the subject line Baams Away Privacy Request.
Please include only the information needed to locate and verify your request, such as:
- Your player name or account identifier, if one exists.
- The email address associated with your account, if applicable.
- The platform you use, such as iOS or Android.
- A clear description of the request.
Verification and response
We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity and protect player data. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. Some requests may be limited where retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or other lawful purposes.
Platform controls
Some privacy settings are controlled directly through Apple, Google, your device settings, Game Center, Google Play Games, or the applicable app marketplace. You may need to use those platform controls to manage platform-level data or permissions.
No sale or targeted advertising
Baams Away does not sell personal information and does not currently use third-party advertising networks for targeted advertising.
