Privacy Choices

Use this page to understand or exercise the privacy rights that may apply to you. You do not need to have the app installed to make a request.

Fastest option

Delete your account in the app

If you have Wrincle installed and can sign in, the quickest way to delete everything is inside the app. Open the Me tab and choose to delete your account.

This permanently removes your profile, your saved puzzle results, your friend connections, your nudges, and your notification tokens. It cannot be undone.

What you can ask for

Depending on your location and the information associated with your use of Wrincle, you may request that we:

• Confirm whether we hold personal information associated with you.
• Provide access to or a copy of that information.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete personal information, subject to applicable exceptions.
• Explain how information is used or shared.
• Restrict or object to certain processing where applicable.

How to ask

Submitting a request

Email zach@beardedeye.com with the subject line Wrincle Privacy Request.

Please include only the information needed to locate and verify your request, such as:

• The email address associated with your account.
• Your display name or friend code, if you know them.
• The platform you use, such as iOS or Android.
• A clear description of the request.

• Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

What happens next

Verification and response

We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity and protect player data. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

Some requests may be limited where retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or other permitted reasons.

Making a request costs nothing, and we will not treat you differently for making one.

One exception

What deletion does not reach

Wrincle has a friends leaderboard, so friends may have already seen your scores while your account was active. Deleting your account removes your results from our records and from their leaderboards going forward, but we cannot recall what someone has already seen or captured.
